What is the CPCA designation?

The Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA)® designation, awarded by Age Friendly Business, was created to enable professionals in various fields to make changes in their practices that ensure a more age-relevant customer experience.

To earn the CPCA designation, professionals must successfully complete training that addresses some of the health, social, financial, and legal considerations of aging, including accessibility and mobility, Alzheimer’s disease, housing and private care options, elder abuse, retirement planning, healthy aging, family caregiving, Powers of Attorney and estate planning.

As a Certified Professional Consultant on Aging, I am committed to raising the standard of service for the age 50+, learning more, caring more and serving better.
